Shipping & Logistics

Export Shipping and Logistics Coordination

We coordinate export packaging, documentation, and freight — by express, air, or sea — so shipments move from the factory to your destination in an organized way.

Shipping options

Choose the mode that matches your volume, budget, and timeline.

Express courier

Door-to-door express service (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) for samples, small parcels, and urgent shipments.

Air freight

Faster transit for time-sensitive or higher-value cargo where sea freight lead times are not workable.

Sea freight

Cost-effective ocean freight for larger volumes and standard production timelines.

LCL shipments

Less-than-container-load option when your volume does not fill a full container.

FCL shipments

Full-container-load option (20ft / 40ft / 40HQ) for larger orders and consolidated cargo.

Shipment preparation

Coordination steps we support before goods leave origin.

  1. 01

    Export packaging coordination

We coordinate suitable export packaging with the supplier based on product type, transit method, and destination.

  2. 02

    Carton marking

Shipping marks, side marks, handling symbols, and buyer-specific labeling arranged on the master cartons.

  3. 03

    Product consolidation

Where operationally possible, orders from multiple suppliers can be brought together before dispatch.

  4. 04

    Commercial documentation support

Coordination of commercial invoice, packing list, and other export documents typically required for shipment.

  5. 05

    Freight quotation coordination

We work with freight forwarders to obtain quotations based on your shipment details and preferred mode.

Incoterms in simple terms

A quick reference to help you decide which terms fit your order.

EXW

Ex Works

Buyer takes over at the supplier's location and arranges all onward transport, export clearance, freight, insurance, and import formalities.

FOB

Free On Board

Seller-side handles export clearance and delivery of the goods on board the vessel at the named port of loading. Ocean freight and onward costs are on the buyer.

CFR

Cost and Freight

Seller-side arranges ocean freight to the named destination port. Risk still transfers to the buyer once goods are on board at origin. Insurance is not included.

CIF

Cost, Insurance & Freight

Same as CFR but with minimum marine insurance arranged to the destination port. Import clearance and delivery from the port remain with the buyer.

DDP

Delivered Duty Paid

Delivered to the buyer's address with duties and taxes handled at destination. Availability depends on destination country, product category, and legal requirements — offered only where operationally and legally appropriate.

The above summaries are general references only. The exact allocation of costs, risks, and responsibilities is defined by the current Incoterms® rules and the terms agreed in your commercial contract.

Consolidation service

When you are sourcing several products from different suppliers, we can — where operationally possible — arrange for cargo to be brought together at a common point before dispatch. Consolidation can help simplify documentation, streamline carton handling, and make better use of container space. Whether consolidation is workable for a specific order depends on supplier locations, readiness dates, product compatibility, and shipping mode.
